Hardness: 7 - 30 P&J Thickness: 1/4" to 1 1/2" Temperature Resistance: 275° F
This family of coverings has been specially formulated for harder roll positions. They exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, superior release, and outstanding chemical resistance. They will provide positive drive where wire slippage may be of concern.
Hardness: 170 - 250 P&J Thickness: 1/4" to 1 1/2" Temperature Resistance: 275° F
This family of coverings has been specially formulated for softer roll positions. They exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, superior release, and outstanding chemical resistance. They will provide positive drive where wire slippage may be of concern.
Hardness: 3 - 15 P&J Thickness: 1/4" to 1" Temperature Resistance: 325° F
This family of coverings was developed for high performance paper applications requiring superior heat and or abrasion resistance. They exhibit superior abrasion resistance, heat resistance, hardness stability, low hysteresis and superior chemical resistance. It will provide positive drive where wire slippage may be of concern. The covering's outstanding heat and chemical resistance allows it to outperform typical hard rubber coverings especially at higher operating temperatures.
Hardness: 0 - 1 P&J Thickness: 1/4" to 5/8" Temperature Resistance: 220° F
This covering is a specialty 0 – 1 P&J paper covering. It exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, superior hysteresis and wet traction characteristics. The covering's outstanding hardness stability enables it to outperform typical Natural Rubber ebonite coverings.
Applications: L/ P Rolls, Smooth-Size Press Rolls, Hard-Size Press Rolls, Dryer Felt Rolls, Lead In / Lead Out Rolls, Form fabrics/ Wire Rolls, Table Rolls, Felt Rolls, Breast Rolls, Felt Carrying Rolls
Premium Coat®
Hardness: 30 - 99 P&J Thickness: 1/4" to 1 1/2" Temperature Resistance: 250° F
This family of coverings was specially formulated for a wide range of coating applications. They exhibit excellent resilience, abrasion resistance, low hysteresis and superior chemical resistance. The coverings are blue or white in color and non-marking. They will improve roll wear associated with deckle width changes, scratching and scoring due to their inherent abrasion resistance.
Hardness: 10 - 30 P&J Thickness: 1/4" to 1" Temperature Resistance: 210° F
This covering was specially formulated for reel spool applications. They exhibit anti-static characteristics, self-healing properties, and cut & abrasion resistance. The coverings are white in color and non-marking. They will perform very well in reel spool applications related to their overall durability and static dissipative properties.
