Val-Rite™ is most commonly used for water based inks in Flexographic Sleeves and Fountain Rollers. These coverings are available in hardness Range from 50-90 Shore A. Val-Rite™ has also been found to work well in laser engraved sleeves for flexible packaging applications.
Val-Rite™ OZ is used for water based inks in Flexographic Fountain Rollers. Val-Rite™ OZ has been found to improve certain physical properties, such as abrasion resistance, and to dramatically enhance its resistance to ozone. These coverings are available in hardness Range from 50-90 Shore A.
Polar-Rite™ is used for Solvent based inks in Flexographic Sleeves and Fountain Rollers. Polar-Rite™ coverings are based on a "non-polar" type polymers and exhibit great resistance to "polar" solvents such as ketones and esters. Polar-Rite™ has also been found to work well in laser engraved sleeves for flexible packaging applications. These coverings are available in hardness Range from 50-90 Shore A
Grip-Rite™ is used for Solvent based inks in Flexographic Sleeves and Fountain Rollers. Grip-Rite™ coverings are based on a "non-polar" type polymers and exhibit great resistance to "polar" solvents such as ketones and esters. These coverings are noted for outstanding abrasion resistance and have been found to work well in laser engraved rollers for the printing of continuous design patterns. These coverings are available in hardness Range from 50-90 Shore A.
